Looking at last week and with only an impression, a lot of these games look like typical FBS/FCS match-ups. A good FCS squad can hang with the FBS only to see the second half fall apart.

We will take Bison to win and cover. We think it goes over 59.

THE OFFENSES

Both are very powerful and can open a game up. Both play on very short fields.



THE DEFENSES

This is the difference. The BISON defense clearly has an edge but this game could keep BISON fans on the edge of their seats. We expect that. However, the BISON defense is good enough to shut them down early providing extra possessions for the Herd offense and an easy cover.

In real life the odds take care of the hell yes money. When hell yes money starts coming in The points would get expensive and the spread would change fast.

It’s no guess, “It’s in the numbers”. The Salukies average 42+/game, their defense isn’t up to bison standards and their competition hasn’t been any better. It all adds up to 7 pt favorite, a Bison win and over under of 59. It’s useful information.

Last question, strength of schedule. Are these guys for real, The BISON are.

We think they will cover too, it might be close but the second half is where the Herd stampedes. I’m expecting a game like last week with a little more scoring by the opponent so I think it goes over 59.

I haven’t seen the odds. You think The Herd covers and wins the money line, what about OU? You can change your vote if you want. I kept mine the same.
