Lots of good eastern FCS teams have proven to be paper tigers. ACU is a Texas team.

Most games were close. Only blow out Utah Tech 55-30. Big loss last reg season game SFAustin 19=32

It could be a foot race. GAM says Bison won’t cover. Be cautious while bragging and betting.

Ps. One thing for Bison fans to consider: ACU has never, to the best of my knowledge, been considered for MWC football only membership, which is a nice confidence builder, but on the other hand have had success against those that have.

They may be from Texas. The Bison can beat a Texas team

NDSU does very well against highly ranked teams.

Chamber members and The Bison Forum members could be a powerful force of good in this community as it prepares for the exciting new future of MWC all-sports ; MWC football only ; FCS with the IVY league In the play-offs, yes that’s it, back east markets just like Rutgers and the Big.

Our opponents might be disappearing but un_ looks like it might start trying again. they have to pay for the Alerus so no big moves for another 10-12 years. But the future looks bright here in the FCS. We have The Dacotah Bowl, playoffs and the new IPF.

More thoughts on todays game:

On Any Given Saturday:

• The BISON are a 38 pt team

• ACU is a 33 pt team

• The Bison have the potential to score 29 on ACU

• ACU has the potential to score 17 on NDSU

Looking at the seating charts still lots of tickets on the west side. East side is looking pretty good. It should be about 3/4 full or more depending on walk-up. Lots of the seats are in the nose bleeds and I’m not walking up there. Still some good seats in the lower rows.

The first thing they could fix would be adding upper concourse with elevators or escalators

Tailgate lots must be opening. We would just be finishing breakfast at the Radison before walking across town to the FFD. A stop at the turf of course. We would stay at the Jasper now.

They looked very good.

Hopefully Bison fans haven’t been over confident. There’s a lot of football left but there is very little sign left of a Bison route. So far the GAM is on track.

Even though the true spread was Bison -6, this would be a major upset. Hopefully you took ACU and 24.5 pts! who would have thunk.
