Abilene Christian @ NDSU

Post by JBB2 »

Preliminary and unofficial results rolled off the GAM printer minutes ago power is low and the ink ribbon is worn but I can read

NDSU 32. ACU 24

After applying the power ranking adjustment we see

NDSU 34 ACU 24

These results are not finalized. We should have early lines and odds so maybe later today the work will be done and the path cleared. Right now I have to brush the snow off the generator and check the spark plug. I think it’s sparking a little cool. Might be fouled, impairing conductivity and damping the spark down. Boy these Cummins home generators are nice. Easy to service, simple to use and reliable too

I hate to look ahead, Montana State is lurking in the shadows and I believe, if that game does happen, it won’t be in Fargo. Too early to speculate on which South Dakota team meets NDSU in Frisco. USD may be the best FCS team out there

You're not looking at the bracket correctly.
We wouldnt see Mt St until Frisco.
We'll likely play SDSU Dec 21 and it would be in Fargo

I don't understand why they don't stagger the premier games so we could view more of them. All four top seeds games are on at the same time. I would love to watch the dakotas & Mt St game in live time

It is a problem. The replay on ESPN+ lets you watch after the fact.

All final stats have been gathered. GAM results are in.

NDSU BISON -6
ACU +6
O/U. 55:5
Mythical score.
NDSU 31. ACU 25

ACU is the only team in the playoff with 6,000 yds + @ 6,230 yds for the year. Most are in the 5,000 + range

They only scored 442 pts.

With 1,000 yes less in offense NDSU scored 465 pts. Far more powerful

ACU is one of only two teams allowing over 5,000 yds in offense @ 5,247. NDSU only allowed 3,872 yds

ACUs passing game picks up 316 yds/game right now. Rushing 163.

If you believe the Bison will win by more than 6 and that’s the Vegas spread too the GAM is instructing you to take NDSU on the money and they will cover.

You rarely get NDSU on the money because of odds.

We were getting 45 points on a 110 against the gophers. I should remember the money line odds too but have forgotten. They were huge. Put down $100 and win thousands. I took the points but not the money line. They stopped making that mistake.
