I was at Camp. Lets just say, Logan Kopp & Bryce Lance will SINGLE HANDILY Rally their teammates, they won't allow this team to lose. that's all i am gonna say.

Couple things Lakes
If NDSU is the big time draw stuck in “pud FCS” and on deck to join the FBS they should do well in Vegas right?
Or maybe as with all NDSU move-up rumors, until we learn differently:
Since NDSU has of today no MVFC games scheduled for 2027 and 2026 is a year of change in college football

Isn’t it likely this is the kickoff classic for the new North Central division of the MWC consisting primarily of some combination of the Big Sky and MVFC?
Oh yea, one more thing, is this game as gay as say UND?

Currently talking about connecting to Fargodome. Could the mythical MWC (FBS) move depend on this?
At any rate if successful it is more growth. If it continues Eventually the Bison will make the move.
Boise State came all the way from D2 as well. They were able to grow successfully into the position they find themselves today. NDSU is on the verge of the next step. We can only speculate when.
The Vegas game is huge. It’s nation-wide between two great football programs. If it flops so does NDSU. If it’s successful and it should be it’s another story.
After the SEMO game comes the MVFC. The Bison make or break it there. Whatever their fate the season ends with St Thomas.

This game is 2 things
a meaningless season wrap-up
renewal of an old rivalry

First meeting was 1905. Bison hosted the first of 5 shut-out wins for St. Thomas!
1905 Home 28-0
1908 Away 11-0
1915 Away 13-0
1917 Away 14-0
1939 Home 15-0 (13-14-15 to nothing!)
That’s an incredible record. 5 of their 7 wins were by shut-out.
The series resumed in 1965-66. Both Bison wins during the time of the Great Awaking of BISON Football under the direction of the late, great Darrell Mudra.
This should be a routine Bison win but an interesting look at a rising star in St Thomas. Now if the Bison could beat them at basketball….
