Most had already served 2-4 years in prison because they were held without bail. Is that justice? Fact is they were pardoned after being in prison. You cant say they werent punished. They were punished without due process and werent judged by a jury of their peers.
Dont try to claim the moral high ground considering who Biden pardoned.
