Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION
Notre Dame State*/Penn State: NDS lost to NDSU MWC arch rival transfer candidate Northern ill. GAM says they win this one and can cover up to 3 pts so we took them. GAM shows total score 51. It’s over so we took over. As predicted we took NDS on the money to win outright.
Ohio State*/Texas Longhorns State:. Ohio state was seemingly unbeatable vs the hapless Ducks. It’s The Buckeyes all the way Baby! Even though the GAM says OSU can’t cover 6, we over ruled. The O/U and ML were clear.

Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION

Thank you Notre Dame football! Made 2 tickets. The one posted and one from 1/7. GAM calls the game perfectly 27-24 ND. $500 clear. Spread, O/U & ML!!!
Don’t even watch FBS football. Don’t need to watch. It’s all baked in the numbers.
.
The GAM was invented and evolved in the tailgate lots at NDSU. It is not associated with NDSU in any way.

FBS pays well. Once again never seen either team play. Can’t name a player on either squad. OSU highlites last week were impressive but that’s all I’ve watched. You don’t need to. It’s baked in the numbers.
$290 on 2 tickets.
Total playoff payoff = made $790 on $1,224 invested. 64%
Tried hedging the spread position on the second ticket but the huge fumble return enabled OSU to cover all known spreads. It was insurance. as usual insurance was a cost.

One more to go! We are debating on letting the winnings ride. We will see when we learn the outcome from the mighty GAMs “Schrödinger's Cat” simulation.

Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION
The CFP finalist all enjoyed overwhelming dominance over most everybody. Seems a lot like NDSU. It’s always the same for the top teams In any division. Stay on top. Stay out of the FBS. They will relegate NDSU to a permanent, inferior status. The FBS title is legislated as much as won. NDSU has been legislated out.

Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION
These teams play at a professional level. They could beat many pro teams. Fast, strong, young.
Norte Dame is better on paper. More points, fewer opponent points, more yardage gained , fewer yards allowed, A shorter virtual offensive field and longer defensive field yet based on the statistics we have a final score of
Ohio State: 24.7645 Norte Dame: 24.5696
This is inconclusively razor thin.
All indications: take ND plus points, take over and ND on the ML.
We are contemplating. No move yet. To the GAM this one looks like pro ball.

Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION
Victory margin is 0.2. That’s an imaginary football number. Scores are whole numbers. This tells us the game is expected to be close. It will be decided by the unpredictable: fumble, INT, bad penalty, return etc.
Of course the official odds makers could be right indicating an OSU domination.
When the GAM and the market makers are at odds like this it’s called a reversal. These have been hugely profitable but are very risky. We are keeping things small.

I don’t either anymore. Playoff excitement. Many is too much. It’s an FCS/FBS situation. Victory is possible.

Re: CFP - STATE DIVISION
Of the two I think Ohio State has the best chance of the NFL upset. But when I watch Notre Dame I see the Bison. The eye test makes me very nervous though. I’m not totally convinced the GAM is correct.
