Upper right corner on the main forum listing hit the drop down next to your name then control panel. Then click board settings it should be in there. If not let me know which one you want.

Yeah, all I can get for options are asian time zones?

The time zone option is there for me. In addition to Central time under USA\Chicago, there are also three towns listed under USA\North Dakota.
