4 teams playing better football than the 3 MWC hopefuls. Are they better than Washington State 37-10 winners over Boise not a State in the LA Bowl

The much anticipated LA Bowl - MWC vs PAC 12 champs - is cancelled. Organizers never fully paid participants.. The PAC 12 is now known as the legacy teams that fled the MWC for a better chance at the CFP & worthwhile paydays.

These FCS games aren’t meaningless. Participants are playing great football. As a member of the MWC NDSU may still play these teams. Scheduling OOC home games at the FFD will be tough. Guarantees in the FBS are not scaled to 18,500 seats.

Expect good crowds eclipsing the small playoff crowds at the FFD. Bison fans are holding out for San Jose not a state or maybe .kennesaw not a state. Hopefully FBS will draw fans and shrinking enrollment at NDSU will turn around. It’s about 1/3 smaller now than during the FCS transition.

Here’s this week picks vs. the Mighty Las Vegas computers: Good chunk of the remaining kitty on the line

3 more playoff games this year, 2026 and 2027 might also be available for Bison fans to practice watching playoffs without NDSU, Tomorrow the FBS playoffs begin. Some might want to get on the practice squad for those games too?

as long as relevant to NDSU football Im going to enjoy the FCS playoffs. The FBS move has been in progress for probably 15 years. I said back then they would grow into it. People expected an enrollment of 20,000 too. It’s starting to look like NDSU might shrink into the FBS

I remain skeptical. It’s different than the FCS move. For every positive there is a corresponding negative. I think NDSU can win in the MWC. Is it worth it? Where’s the money?

good show in Bozeman. Full house, Great look for the FCS playoffs, overshadowing lackluster support shown by FBS hungry Bison fans.

Nova fans left open seats but it was a full house. The Redbirds continue to impress with another handy road victory. See ya in Nashville! MSU is clearly better than NDSU and the Redbirds proved it in the Fargo Dome. It promises to be a great game.

The Redbirds and MSU displayed patented Bison football traits: winning on the road and grinding the opponent to dust.

Montanas late 4th qtr collapse was costly.

Of yesterdays 4 FCS teams imho the Bison are #3, maybe worse.

GAM total FCS: $1,551

For the first time Over under accounted for about 45-50% of the action.

Spread was next followed by the money line. Not much ML action - ridiculous odds. Without odds it’s even money and everyone wins. It’s all about odds.

Vegas computers are getting more clever. God willing I expect a real battle next year. GAM research labs are rumored to be working on a break through.

Expansion into FBS is expected to follow the NDSU trajectory.

With new mathematical tools under development the Vegas computers will learn more about GAM football.
HINT: trinary computing

Who’s your Daddy Vegas?! 🏈
