No media money makes it lean/unaffordable. If a move happens probably NDSU only. Earliest move 2027. Bison have MSU in Las Vegas, Weber & Citadel in Fargo.
BSC teams get MWC games but not NDSU.
FCS is growing. Competition is getting better, budgets larger. FBS Con USA plays pretty good football but overall ranked lower by Sagarin than most of the NDSU schedule. New MWC about the same as MVFC.
I don’t believe any D1A conference is eagerly awaiting the move to schedule NDSU.
It looks like years of FCS football ahead? Go Bison!

The huge dollars have never been explained. Where are they going to come from. Apparently not the MWC media contract.
NDSU may be in the MWC right now if Jon Lindgren Fargo mayor at the time had not attacked and destroyed the original Fargo Dome plans with second deck expansion to 25,000. near sighted liberal lefty. NDSU professor of economics!
Probably Ilan Omar’s advisor. Be careful where you donate your hard earned money.
