The NDSU upset is being dubbed “The Harbinger of Chaos” by the announcers

USD scores! Under review. TD! 24-7. Maybe a good second half

Announcers seemed to be thrilled but the stadium looks half full. Late arriving Davis crowd? Not a good look for FBS MWC hopeful.

ISU is an FBS MAC hopeful. It’s MAC hopeful vs MWC hopeful. Harbinger of things to come?

Wow. ISU holds UCD to a FG then goes 80 yds on return! 7-3 Redbirds. Just like they beat the Bison.

Ritehouse! What a throw! TD Redbirds

ISU. 97 yard pass TD, after a goal line stand. Wow! 21-10. ISU. NDSUs defeat was no mistake.

What a game! 21-17 Redbirds end first quarter! What a qtr!

Power running every where. Seems everybody is copying the Bison Football Model

Then the fake punt. Looks like the upset is intact. Redbirds then go 50-60 yds from scrimmage right up the middle 42-17. Huge upset again RedbirdsThey are for real playing good ball.

Nova/Redbirds

Montana/Montana State

Going to be a couple great games in the new FCS!

Hold it. Davis scores and recovers the on side kick! Fans gettin moneys worth from the FCS today! Davis still needs 3 scores in 2 min. Just got one then the hook and ladder for 2! 42-31 47 seconds left. FINAL,

Talk about a game. Redbirds had 532 yds Davis 533! Filled with action

Reflecting,

miserable showing for NDSU. Not exactly FBS level on the field or in the stands.

Montana & Washington Grizz, if small, was FBS impressive. MSU put on a good show too. All Yesterday’s games & crowds were top notch certainly competitive with the Fargo dome

Growth in the FCS money is inevitable. NDSU needs more money and realistic potential to move.

It’s a matter of scale. An FBS NDSU goes from a well funded top program with great FCS facilities to an insignificant, under funded program with inadequate facilities replacing membership in the most powerful FCS conference for a weak MWC. The money has to be good enough to overcome that.

This has been fun exciting football. Great crowds and good teams.

enough reflecting. Should be great games next week. NDSU football has a lot of work to do. Can’t wait to see the spectacle in Bozeman.

THE PROBLEM WITH GUESSING

Blue squares are lines predicted by the GAM but not played. operator guessed GAM was wrong.

They represent $630 lost. The USD money line was a “gut feeling”. Another guess -$100.

Lesson learned … again

Kitty now at $1,774
