Looks like the Bison will be ready. So will the others.
Wyo fans I’ve talked to seem pessimistic, UNLV & New Mexico optimistic. Haven’t talked with any other fans.

Not sure when practice starts, not being there and coverage usually limited, the most important thing will be the fall roster. I’ll be looking for any news though. There are some interesting new players especially on defense. WRs are of interest too.
I don’t play College Football 27 but this contest sounds fun:
FARGO, N.D. – North Dakota State University is embarking upon its first season of FBS football with the EA Sports College Football 27 High Roller Challenge. The Bison are in the video game for the first time ever, and it will be released July 9 with early access available now.
The High Roller Challenge will consist of different milestones fans can achieve while playing as the Bison in hopes of winning the grand prize, a trip to watch the Bison take on the UNLV Rebels at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Oct. 10, 2026.

The New Mexico game is much cheaper. Both games are shown round trip economy

Interesting…
Delta air from Sioux Falls - Honolulu round trip for dates accommodating the game is competitively cheaper than flying to the UNLV game

Can the Bison win the MWC? Predicting a high finish for the Bison is difficult. Overall FCS was weak. I can’t see 8-10 guaranteed wins anymore. I do see lots of close games. Match-ups are more competitive for the Bison. No easy weeks. Depth will be tested like never before. I think a typical Saturday in Fargo is going to look different.
Folks wonder if the Bison can pick up where they left off. I think they can, at least in the sense the coaches know what they need and can coach them into a cohesive competitive team. They will be taught to play their best.
Lots of players coming in. Excitement is high. Very likely the Fargo Dome is sold out. Things are looking up for Bison football.

Still more concerned about coaching and qb play than anything else.
It’d really be nice to get a consistent running game until the portal takes our top back, again.

Hey bro,
Coach says he wants the Bison to play good, clean, tough football. strong fundamentals: blocking, tackling, passing, catching and running. Give nothing away. Make other teams earn everything.
The QB question is big but what about the WRs? They went to the NFL too. Lots of questions around the ball handlers.
Practice is underway. Looking forward to the 7 scheduled media reports.
PS. Meant ask what your doubts about coaching are?
