NIU/Toledo NOT going to MWC
MWC still wants a Central Time Zone Football Only Team.
NDSU SHOULD BE TELLING THEM "hey, bring us in ALL SPORTS, we will take a smaller revenue share if we can keep our current media deal locally "
MWC should say "F it, lets do it"
NDSU can roll out a Campaign from President to Academia to Athletics:
"NDSU has joined the Mountain West and will NOW BE KNOWN AS a REGIONAL UNIVERSITY..... NDSU will continue to provide the state of North Dakota with amazing ROI and provide the State of North Dakota with qualified employees for years to come as well as MARKET and ADVERTISE this Great state on a NATIONAL LEVEL"
NDSU will be the 3rd choice for Academics and Athletics behind the University of Minnesota and University of Wisconsin From WEST OF CHICAGO THRU THE UPPER MIDWEST " MN/WISC/Dakotas/Montana's/Upper Iowa
Then we Create a Committee with Burgum, Tharaldson, Scheels, Offutt, Bobcat, Sanford, Dots Pretzel gal, Giant Seeds and send out to the ND LEGISLATURE and ask for $500 Million of the Legacy fund to build a 48,000 Seat Stadium on campus where the Lot R IS and YOU CONNECT the Stadium, IPF, Newman Field, SHAC, Track Facility AND the Fargodome (which is now the convention center as well)
YOU 100000% PUT FARGO and NORTH DAKOTA on the MAP and shed the small town label.

NDSU admin has TREMENDOUS heat and pressure on them to make this FBS happen and work with the MWC.
Head Football Coach Tim Polasek was at Wyoming, he wants NDSU in the MWC
Former WYO coach Craig Bohl who is head of Coaches Association is building retirement home 40 miles from Fargo, HE WANTS NDSU IN MWC.
Pres David Cook came from Kansas U, He knows what the FBS looks like.
NDSU Green & Gold NIL group leaders are 1000% for this FBS move. Jay Bartley is a huge Nebraska fan.
NDSU Teammakers leaders (booster club) Derrick Lang wants the FBS move, he's a huge Wisc Badgers fan.
Way Way too much pressure from the Fanbase now, especially with the reports the last week, anything less than a FBS MWC invite (or Pac 12, AAC) will lead to much apathy and donation drops I'm afraid. the Genie is OUT of the bottle.
NDSU would leave the other 3 dakotas in the dust, zero problems with that. All Sports is still the Goal!!

I would like to see a 'football only' happen ASAP with an 'all sports 5 year timeline.
