NDSU is a top FCS team. FBS top 20. That’s what the FCS is Overlaps with the FBS.

The FCS was eliminated from the CFP in the season opener.. A CFP also-ran routed the FCS champions to be, MSU.

G6 schools get nothing for their football effort. Big ten talk about culling programs, starting with the debt ridden and broke Rutgers. There is talk of 2 super leagues. NDSU isn’t mentioned.

The G6 should join the FCS. 2 tier playoffs then the FCS/G6 Title game. Internet divisional scheduling encouraged maybe pre-season bowls.

Bad news for the football stadium. FARGDOME LOSES $675,000! Underperforming events. Half full playoff game.

That is why I would love to join the PAC-12 and let the MWC hang.

The MWC is losing the schools that have respect in football for next season. For that reason it sounds like their media deal is pretty weak and it sounds like they weren't interested in adding FCS teams that would have improved the media deal. That is the definition of not doing what is best for the conference.

Fill the FFD first. Raise the money first. Grow to the size of an average FBS school first. NDSU is not the savior of any conference. If anything bison fans are trying to force their way in where they aren’t wanted or needed.

Sure the top FCS teams overlap with the FBS but they are not FBS teams. What was the score of the FCSs champs MSU vs CFP also-ran Oregon again. 52-0? James Madison FCS move-up and many say CFP misfit didn’t do any better.

PAST TO PRESENT;

1965: no Bison fans. All they do is lose

2010: FCS is packing the Fargo Dome. NDSU heightens it’s national brand

2025: no Bison fans. All they do is win.

BACK TO THE FUTURE:

2030; G6 taken out of P4 CFP

2035: G6 & FCS announce new playoff formula to crown national champion

2040: Fargo Dome packed. NDSU wins the new national championship

2041: NDSU announces plans for new stadium.

It’s healthy

NDSU Reg season attendance good. Still in FCS top 10. Lots of revenue differences for a thousand seats

$20 x 1,000 seats = $20,000x 5 =$100,000.00

Lots of good football teams. Top teams able to hold onto their talent and improve seasonal continuity are my favorites.
