Sources: - North Dakota State head coach Tim Polasek has agreed in principle to a new seven-year contract, which will bring him through the 2033 season. The new deal includes a significant raise, additional staff money and more program resources.
I think NDSU is moving up Lakes. Sooner rather than later.

Coaches raise may be strategic but not a signal of an imminent FBS move.

Didn't Bohl or Klieman sign a new contract right before leaving as well? Basically just secured extra money for NDSU from Wyoming/ Kansas St for a buyout.

Obviously the new contract got rid of Co State.
Message clear: it’s not easy or cheap to poach the NDSU Football Program
Excellent work by Matt Larsen. Not always complimented by Bison fans he has earned it this time.
