Lakes is taking his victory laps!

Texts were never on time, predictions never correct, he missed the real announcement. He spent a lot of years promoting it. One of the early and loudest NDSU FBS promoters. Persistent.

How much credit for Lakes?

It was probably his large donation that made this happen....probably at least a couple million I'm guessing.
